Purchased our flooring from A & A Flooring and had Oleh, one of their staff, install them. We had multiple tricky areas I was worried about. Oleh agreed to do a home visit to assess the job and review my concerns. Unlike 2 other companies who sent staff for assessment purposes, Oleh shared his plan on what he could do to avoid us from using extra trim/cord around. I could not be happier with Oleh's work. Great people, great service. Very busy place and I had a very tiny (one-box) order for some old flooring that is hard to find (I searched over a dozen places). They had it in stock, and it took over an hour to find the product but they were very helpful and diligent. A total of 4 different people were involved but they solved the problem in the end! Had a great experience with AA Floors. Was having a hard time finding a laminate that’s been discontinued by the manufactured, but I needed some to repair a damaged area. Most of the dealers I called before didn’t even bother checking with the manufacturer… they just told me it’s been discontinued and “good luck”.
Thankfully, I called AA floors and Thomas went above and beyond, checking directly with the manufacturer and confirming if they still had some.
I was able to order the quantity I needed and picked up the next day.
I would definitely recommend.

We used AA Floors after a flood in the kitchen required us to get new hardwood floors. On our first visit to the showroom Peter did a fabulous job of giving us the options that would work for us. He was able to balance well between the differences of opinion in our family.
They took time to view the photos we provided of our place prior to our purchase so that he was able to sell us the best flooring for our needs.
We also used AA Floors for our installation and the floors came out beautifully.

I was overwhelmed and it was a lockdown when we purchased our home and of course we needed floors. I found AA Floors online and sent an email and shockingly received a reply back! I went into the store once able to and the team there were amazing. Peter is super friendly and accommodating- I can’t say enough as many will know a renovation is not easy, but Peter and team were there to help me a long the way and even assisted with a number of other services like installation and just overall guidance on materials. My pictures don’t do it justice! Oh and they had the best selection and pricing compared to every other store I looked at. Absolutely recommend!!!
