AA Floors & More Ltd. COVID-19 Changes in Operation

In light of the COVID-19 announcements from the Government of Ontario, AA Floors & More Ltd. will be making the following changes to our operation procedures:

• Our showroom operate in a limited capacity to the general public for the mandated 14 days, during regular business hours. Viewings will be available by APPOINTMENT ONLY in order to maintain recommended safety guidelines.
• NEW HOURS IN EFFECT:
• Monday-Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM; Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2 PM
• We will answer and assist with all orders only via phone and email.
• Warehouse pick ups will be available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; please ensure you have a release number before you arrive and your order has been verified ready for pick-up.
• We will NOT be accepting any returns during this period. 

Warehouse staff will not be providing any hand loading services until further notice. Sales Representatives will be available anytime to answer and assist all inquiries via phone and email.  We will continue to apply all the required safety measures to ensure the safety of our employees.
