A condo we own was flooded by work done above the unit in May. We had to move out our tenants, store their stuff, and figure out the insurance – all very stressful!

What was not stressful was working with Alex and crew at AA Floors. They responded to my message right away (time was of the essence), provided a nice selection of choices, committed to the dates we needed the work done in, re-assessed the job when the insurance wasn’t going to pay as much as we thought, and interacted with the property management on the subflooring issue.

All through this process, Alex was professional and helpful. The crew contacted us twice, and were lovely to deal with. They got the job done in the time stated, and the floors look lovely! We chose a vinyl wood look tile, in case of future flooding and because they are a good long wear choice. We think they look great.
