Can I wax my engineered hardwood floor?

It’s better not to.

Engineered hardwood is made by stacking layers of plywood in alternating patterns. This flooring type is more stable than solid hardwood and, unlike the latter, can be used in higher humidity areas.

However, waxing isn’t advised since it can dull the veneer and make the floor slippery.
